Inspired by the elegance and sophistication of the Victorian Age, architect Richard Kletting created one of the most remarkable of Utah’s historic places: the Hines Mansion. It was built by the funding of Russel and Kitty Hines, whose money was earned in the mining industry and it’s currently owned by Kyle and Michelle Schick, a marriage committed to preserving the unique heritage of Provo City.

Hines Mansion is a luxury bed and breakfast located in downtown Provo, Utah. Its luxurious accommodations will exceed anyone's expectations and every morning you’ll enjoy a healthy and delicious fresh breakfast. Our specialties are baked egg dishes and strawberry stuffed french toast, and we baked cookies or muffins in the evening.
Besides, there are many interesting items that you can look around in the mansion, e.g, the chandelier above the staircase that was displayed on the “Gone with the Wind” movie.
